🚚 Shipping Policy

We offer shipping across the United Kingdom and selected European countries.
Delivery options and timeframes vary depending on the product type.

UK Stocked Items (Local Dispatch)

Products held in UK stock are dispatched within 1–2 working days from order confirmation.

Delivery timeframe depends on the courier selected at checkout (standard, tracked or express).
Some UK stocked items may also be eligible for local collection, where available.

Partner Fulfilled Items

Some items are produced and shipped directly from our fulfilment partners.
These items have an estimated delivery time of 5 to 12 working days from the order date.

Partner‑fulfilled items can be delivered to:

• United Kingdom

• European countries

These items are not available for local collection.

Mixed Orders

If your order contains both UK stocked items and partner‑fulfilled items, they may arrive in separate deliveries and at different times. Shipping fees will not be charged separate or extra other than stated in your order. 

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once each shipment has been dispatched.

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect delivery details provided at checkout.
