🔁 Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your MUDIK purchase. If something isn’t right, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Because some items are stocked in the UK and others are fulfilled by our production partners, return options may differ depending on the product type.
✅ Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:

Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed

All original tags must remain attached

Return must be requested within 14 days of delivery

Items must be sent back within 7 days after approval
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
📦 UK Stocked Items
Items dispatched from our UK stock can be returned to our UK return address.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

We recommend tracked postage as we cannot guarantee receipt otherwise
🌍 Partner‑Fulfilled / Made‑to‑Order Items
Some items are produced and shipped directly from our fulfilment partners.
For these items:

A return must be approved before sending anything back

You may be provided with a specific return address different from the UK

In certain cases (size exchange or change of mind), return shipping costs may be higher due to international processing

If a return is not practical, we may offer a partial refund or exchange at our discretion
These items cannot be returned without prior authorisation.
💸 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Return shipping costs are non‑refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Items returned worn, washed, or damaged will not be refunded
🚨 Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
